ABOUT MICHELE

NEW YORKER | YOGA INSTRUCTOR | MARATHONER 

For years I was all about yoga, however that all changed in 2015 when I ran my first race - the NYC marathon - and so began my 'MICH-matched' life. The cool thing about yoga is it's with you no matter what you're doing, both physically and mentally. I am forever finding new passion in a multitude of things, but always with the foundations of yoga on my mind. What may seem like an absolute mash-up to some actually creates a nice and well-balanced life for me. So join me on this journey, you're bound to relate with me on something!
